This page explains how to delete your WAY-LOO account and associated data. You can request deletion here without installing the app.
Drivers
The driver app uses an anonymous device identifier — no name, phone number or email is collected. There is no account to delete. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app resets the anonymous identifier; your latest position is not retained after you stop using the app.
Business accounts
To delete your business account and its data, email [email protected] from your account, or include the phone number you use to sign in. You can also request this in the app under Settings → Support.
What is deleted: your business profile, phone number, uploaded documents and photos, campaigns, and reviews you posted. We complete deletion within 30 days.
What may be retained: transaction and invoice records required by law (e.g. tax/accounting), kept only as long as legally required and not used for any other purpose.

İşletme hesapları
İşletme hesabınızı ve verilerini silmek için hesabınızdan [email protected] adresine yazın veya giriş yaptığınız telefon numarasını ekleyin. Aynı talebi uygulamada Ayarlar → Destek üzerinden de iletebilirsiniz.
Silinenler: işletme profiliniz, telefon numarası, yüklenen belge ve fotoğraflar, kampanyalar ve yazdığınız yorumlar. Silme işlemini 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.
Saklanabilenler: yasal olarak zorunlu işlem/fatura kayıtları (ör. vergi/muhasebe) yalnızca yasal süre boyunca tutulur, başka amaçla kullanılmaz.
